We are deprived of Chipotle up here in northern Wisconsin, so we have made our own rendition of Chipotle every semester for the past two years. Ryan came back from student teaching after Spring Break, so we had to fit in another Chipotle night. It was sooooo yummy. We had a great time talking together...though we always seem to get a bit crazy!

Yummy!! I would love your recipe, please. Russell and I really miss Chipotle here in Virginia Beach; the closest one is in Richmond. :(
