Chipotle night!

We are deprived of Chipotle up here in northern Wisconsin, so we have made our own rendition of Chipotle every semester for the past two years. Ryan came back from student teaching after Spring Break, so we had to fit in another Chipotle night. It was sooooo yummy. We had a great time talking together...though we always seem to get a bit crazy!Part of our Chipotle spread...pico de gallo, salsa de maiz, guacamole (Jenny's wonderful recipe), Green mango salsa (mmm!), and other stuff :) The meat was amazing this time...thanks Ryan!

Spring Break in Branson!

We went to Branson, Missouri for Spring Break with Mom and Dad Williams. It was so nice to get away from the cold weather for a week and relax! We had a great time with Mom and Dad and got to see Aunt Renee and Uncle Dan, Mel and Loranne Howell in Branson. On our way home we sawAunt Carolee and Uncle Bob.

We thought the decor at this place was so neat. Everything was "woodsy". We even had a deer on our wall! This is a picture of where we stayed.Mom and Dad's living room area.

We all played putt putt golf at Big Cedar
The Big Fish at the end of the golf course. We felt a bit like Jonah golfing in there...ok, maybe not!
Drinking some Pina Coladas after golfing and getting a bit warm. MMM
The Waterfalls at Big Cedar. The waterfalls went over the road on several tiers, so you drove through the water.
The 3 tier hot tub. The bottom tub was not hot, but pretty warm so we could "swim" in the 70 degree weather.
The VERY BIG fireplace at The College of the Ozarks!
We got to see Mel and Loranne Howell for a few days.
The College of the Ozarks was hosting the NAIA B-ball tournament. Joel, Dad, and Mel got to go to some game on Thursday...the ladies shopped :)
Joel experienced Lamberts for the first time!
We couldn't leave Missouri without stopping at QT one last time!
